  • Represent businesses in various Federal and New York State litigations including wage/hour and general contract disputes; successful settlement achieved in a variety of matters
  • Represent individuals in front of the IRS and the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance
  • Outsourced general counsel to various businesses (including restaurants); lease negotiations; sale of business
